Summer Heat

Shinnecock Bay: Fluke are being caught in the basket and by Rampasture point. Lots of shorts and lots of robins mixed in but plenty of action none the less.

Ponquogue Bridge: The striper bite has been decent on clam belly chum with a few triggerfish mixed in too.

Ocean: The shinnecock reef is holding a good amount of fish; from porgies, to seabass, to triggerfish, and even some fluke. There are also reports of fluke to the east of the inlet in 70 to 90 feet of water.

Peconic Bay: Porgies around rodgers rock and in jessups neck and also weakfish mixed in around shelter island.

Shinnecock Inlet: The dawn and dusk tides seem to be the best for stripers with blues and fluke bitting during the daytime.
